How to covert a man's shoe size to a women's shoe size - Shoes fit
differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A man's 9 converts to a woman's 11.
/W indicates Men's or Women's Sizes. Other systems are for either gender. Please check our conversion
chart for more information.
Difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather materials - Patent, either patent leather
or patent PU, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance.
PU, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less
expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or PU, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows
it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable
feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.
How to remove glue marks on the shoes - Use lighter fluid. Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a
white rag will remover the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe
repair shop.
How to clean shoes made with patent material - Use Patent Glow, which is one of the accessory items
we sell. Do NOT use water or alcohol as they may rid the material of its shine.
How to change batteries on light-up shoes - Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball
of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one,
place it back, and, using hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue
was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.
Irregularly shaped and/or sized feet/legs - We sympathize with your difficulty in finding the right footwear,
but in fairness, please go to the stores and actually try the shoes on, instead of shopping for your shoes online.
Why our prices are very low - All distributors get the same wholesale prices from our main supplier.
However, some have higher operating costs and other expenses.
We are a small-to-medium-sized company and we have implemented cost-cutting systems to set us up for the
least operating expenses. Whatever save on costs, we share with our customers in the form of lower shoe prices.
We know that more sales, even at low margins, will give us back enough profit in the end.
