We believe we have the lowest-priced gothic, punk and costume under the brands DEMONIA, PLEASER, LUSCIOUS, DEVIOUS, FUNTASMA and BORDELLO brand footwear in the world wide web! We dare you to compare our prices to other distributors of these brands of footwear.

INVENTORY

We have an enormous number of styles, but we always try to keep all our styles fully-stocked in all sizes at all times. However, it is impossible to maintain 100% inventory, and we cannot be held liable for problems resulting from unavailability of stocks.

STYLES

We have a never-ending search for new styles to keep our shoes up-to-date with the current trend. We add new styles at any opportunity. Please visit regularly for new styles being added, or better yet join our mailing list to get a regular update.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept exchanges and returns, under these terms:

If we shipped the a different style or a different size than what the buyer ordered, we will pay for the shipping and handling both ways.

For exchanges due to other reasons, all shipping and handling expenses are at buyer's cost.

In case of refunds, the refund will be for the cost of the item only. This refund amount will be deducted 25% for restocking, due to the nature of our products.

Shipping and handling and other expenses are not refundable.

International sales are final.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We give a $5.00 shipping and handling rebate for every additional pair shipped together to the same address. The rebate is issued after the transaction is completed. Applies only to deliveries within the 48-contiguous US states.

To avoid delay, please email for a quote first if your delivery address is outside the 48-contiguous US states.

HANDLING FEE

All orders outside the 48-contiguous US states cause us a lot of time, money and effort.

Normally, our warehouse staff ships the orders within the US. However, our warehouse is not enabled to ship to Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Alaska, APO addresses, or any place outside the US, so the item is shipped to our store, and our store staff will ship the item to these addresses.

The items are packed for USA shipping when it leaves the warehouse. Items for international shipping have to be re-packed more securely, to make sure that they arrive in good condition.

We are always in danger of being victimized by credit card frauds, which we are difficult to dispute outside of the USA.

Consider the above as special services we have to render especially to buyers outside the US.

The above services require us to charge a handling fee of $10.00 per item. USPS postage charges are based on actual shipping weight.
